• Extensive Continuing Education in Cosmetic Dentistry (tooth colored restorations – porcelain and tooth-colored fillings), Endodontics (root canals), Orthodontics (expanders and other growth modification appliances and traditional braces), sleep apnea and snoring, smile design for smile makeovers with veneers (porcelain restorations)

Lisa Sharp, Front Office Coordinator

• I have lived in Plano, TX for a year now, coming from Southern California where my husband and I met and raised a blended family with six beautiful children.
• It was a delight for me to join the energetic, fun team at PDO. I felt at home immediately with Dr. Gilson and the staff.
• I bring over 20 years of dental administrative experience and patient care to PDO. I hope to make all of our patients feel at home and have a wonderful and rewarding dental experience.
• I enjoy researching insurance coverage for patients and helping them coordinate appointments for their optimum dental needs. It is exciting to see patients transform their smiles and lives with our quality and cutting edge dental care.
  

Lauren Klement, RDH, CPR Certified

• Born in Arlington, Texas, grew up in 4 different states but Texas is home!
• Graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene
• Graduated Magna Cum Laude
• 4.0 Dental Hygiene Average
• Member of Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society
• Married Jeff Klement in Aug. 2007, we have a dog, Roxy, and live in Little Elm, Texas
• I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, decorating, & watching the Dallas Cowboys
• I receive great satisfaction in providing the best care to my patients and seeing their attitude change when oral health is improved.

Angela Bailey, RDH, CPR Certified

• Born and raised in Lewiston, Idaho, and moved to Texas in October 2004.
• Recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene, and awarded the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honors Society Membership
• Awarded the 2009 Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association Outstanding Dental Hygiene Student in Texas.
• Active member of the Dallas Dental Hygienists’ Society, Texas Dental Hygienists’ Association, and the American Dental Hygienists’ Association
• I am married to my wonderful husband, Tom Bailey, who is an academic advisor for Collin College, and we have two registered Labrador retrievers, Sadie and Matti, and a cat, Riley.
• In my spare time I enjoy equestrian riding, camping, kayaking, exercising, reading, traveling, and taking our two labs swimming!
• The profession of dental hygiene is my passion! I enjoy educating my patients on their oral health and the effects it can have on their overall health.
• I strive to keep up-to-date on continuing education in order to treat my patients with the most recent evidence-based dentistry!
  

Ashlie Lauren Durham, RDA, CPR Certified

• I was born in Philadelphia, PA.  I have lived in Cherry Hill, NJ; Memphis, TN; and currently, Lewisville, TX.
• I have worked for Dr. Gilson since 2004.  And I have had my RDA since 2005.
• Certified Dental Assistant trained in CPR, Radiology, Infection Control & Jurisprudence
• Experience with general & orthodontic dentistry
• I love to laugh, smile and make the patients do the same while a guest in our office
• My husband, Dallas and I have two beautiful children, Jaxon and Emma Leigh. And to complete the family a sweet black lab named Precious.
• I enjoy going to and participating at St. Francis in Grapevine.
• I love spending time with my family, watching my children grow everyday, taking pictures, scrapbooking, reading (when I have spare time) and working out with my sister.
• Continuing education in dentistry is always a treat when you have a wonderful staff like ours!
  

Donna Walker, RDA

• I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. My husband Tim & I live in Celina.
• Registered Dental Assistant trained in
  CPR, Radiology, Infection Control, Jurisprudence & Nitrous Oxide Sedation
• Prior to becoming a dental assistant, I was in the banking industry for over 20 years. I enjoy visiting with our patients while helping fulfill their dental needs. I strive to make our patients as relaxed and comfortable as possible while visiting our office.
• I am active with the Auxiliary to the Frisco Fire Department.
• Tim and I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and working with our Border Collies.
  

Georgina (Gina) Carey, RDA, CPR Certified

• I have lived in McKinney, TX now for three years. Moved from Northern California with my husband and two children.
• Graduated in 2007 from Sonoma College with an Associate Degree in Physics and Instrumentation of Magnetic Resonance.
• Graduated Magna Cum Laude
• Registered Dental Assistant trained in Radiology, Infection Control, Jurisprudence.
• Vena Puncture Certified
• CPR Certified
• Over 9 years of dental experience.
• Love spending time with my family, camping, riding dirt bikes and laughing!
